The database can be opened with Microsoft» Access, Excel, Word and SQL Server among others. The Outlook» data is not altered in any way. The database which is generated by this program is updated by the user clicking a button. The program locates the Outlook» Contacts file automatically. The user does not have to have any knowledge of file system, Personal Folders or Access» databases. Version 2.5 includes the ability to print address labels and send emails. The email can be sent without opening an email program.
